Elizabeth C. Spears, 93, of Chattanooga, formerly of Chicago, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at the home of her niece.Survivors include her three nieces and caregiver, Mary Hawthorne, Catherine Lawrence and Meredith Scott.Arrangements were by Hamilton Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4605 Hixson Pike, 423-531-3975.
