Phyllis Waters

LaFAYETTE Phyllis Gail Waters, 54, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013.Preceded in death by parents, Wayne and Verda Ladd Waters.Phyllis graduated from the LaFayette High School in 1976. She has an associates degree in business from Dalton State Collage. She worked for Datel Communication in Chickamauga.Survived by sisters, Jimmie Denson, Bobbie Davis, both of LaFayette, Vickie McGlee, of Hixon, Dena Ramey, of Trion; brothers, Wayne Waters, Walter Waters and Stevie Waters, all of LaFayette; 11 nieces and four nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.Funeral at 4 p.m. Thursday from LaFayette First United Methodist Church. Service conducted by Rev. John Moore and Dr. David Boyle.Pallbearers are Marcus Waters, Steven Denson, Marcus Denson, Johnathan Denson and Charles Rennard.Interment in Arnold Cemetery.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. today.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
