Jr.WILDWOOD Samuel "Sam" Oliver Norwood Jr., 71, of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, formerly of Wildwood, died at his residence on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013.He was a 1959 graduate of Rossville High School. Prior to moving to Canada, Sam was employed by Rossville Yarn and Dye for a number of years. He worked for Krass Carpets from 1975 until his retirement in 1998.Sam Norwood was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Lewis Norwood; parents, Samuel Oliver and Nina Wright Norwood; and one brother, Charles Edward Norwood.Sam is survived by daughter, Robin McAlister, Kitchener, Ontario; son, Kevin (Christine) Norwood, Kitchener, Ontario; grandchildren, Michael Norwood, T.J. and James McAlister, Metahya Munn, Ayin Munn; one great-granddaughter; brother, Calvin LeeVoy Norwood, Chehalis, Wash.; sister, Tabitha (Bobby) Ryan, Trenton, Ga.; also several nieces and nephews.Visit www.RyanFuneralHome.net to share memories and condolences.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel with Rev.
