LAFAYETTE Susie Mae "Granny" Hammontree Richardson, 83, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013.She is a member of the Naomi Baptist Church. Granny worked formally with Pruetts Food Town, E.T. Barwick Mill, and the Dollar General Store. Preceded in death by husband, Dewey Richardson Jr.; parents, Eddie and Agnes Puryear Hammontree; sisters, Louise Williams, and Laura Byers; brothers, James Hammontree, Virgil Hammontree, Clay Hammontree, and Judson Hammontree.Survived by daughter, Linda Richardson, of LaFayette; sons, Randall (Carolyn) Richardson, of LaFayette, Myron (Phala) Richardson, of Soddy-Daisy, Tenn., and Skipper (Doris) Richardson, of LaFayette; sisters, Edith Boyd, of Rocky Face, Ga., and Mildred (Reynolds) Crowder, of Chickamauga; ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel today at 3 p.m. Service conducted by Rev.
