Doris Townson

Doris Elizabeth Black Townson, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 25, 2013. She was predeceased by her parents, Nellie Francis Holt Black and Charles Franklin Black, of Chattanooga; and brother, Howard Holt Black.Survivors include her daughter Tammy Burns; her grandchildren Lyndsay Frankenberg, Seth Wagner and Shelly Foust; her great-granddaughters Lily and Charlotte Frankenberg; and her brother Colonel Charles Black, Jr.The family is grateful for her life and will honor her at a memorial service at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
