Rose Wilborn

RINGGOLD Rosena (Rose) Wilborn, 93, went home to be with the Lord Saturday Jan. 26, 2013. She was a native of Sylvania, Ga., and has lived in the North Georgia area for more than 70 years. Mrs Wilborn was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church for more than 40 years where she attended the Auditorium Sunday School Class, East Lake Seniors and the Red Hats.She was preceded in death by her husbands Solie Bragg and Prentis Pete Wilborn.Survivors are son Bobby (Dora) Wilborn, of Ringgold; daughter Virginia (Stanley) Murdock, of Grove Oak Ala.; grandchildren Heather (Steve) Whitmire, Stacey (Clint) Travis and Bobbie (David) Quant; great-grandchildren Wesley Whitmire, Trace Whitmire and David (DJ) Quant, II.Funeral services will be 4 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Danny Henson officiating.
