ROSSVILLE Henry Joe Camp, 64, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at his residence.A native and lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and north Georgia areas, he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served two tours during Vietnam and he was of the Baptist faith. Joe was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan and he loved to fish.He was preceded in death by his parents, Horace Joseph Camp and Juanita Sarah Nuckolls.Survivors include his wife, Wanda Faye Camp; step-children, Robert Collis, Roger Wesley Collis and Sarenia Engle; special friends, Marie, Rita and John John; sisters, Melda Claridy, Ginny Qualls, Becky Combs and Darlene Dockter; stepfather, Charles Nuckolls; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in the South Crest Chapel with the Rev. DeWayne Madaris and Chaplain Dwight Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
