JASPER Arleen F. Boyd Webb, 67, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her home.She was a member of Bible Baptist Church and had worked in local restaurants.She is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Boyd.Survivors are her husband, Joe Billy Webb; son, Clarence Ogle, Jr.; granddaughters, Shannan Elizabeth Ogle and Barbara Diane McKenzie; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 4:30 p.m. CDT, Monday, June 24, with Bro.
