Betty Chunn

Betty Jo Chunn, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013 at her residence. She was a member of Hamlett Chapel C.M.E. Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Chunn; parents, Arthur and Grace Jennings; brother, James Jennings; and niece, Mikiba Capers. Survivors include: sister, Geraldine Capers; devoted cousins, Mary C. Benion, Bernice Scott, Linda Bailey, Joe Crutcher, and Linda Austin; niece, Kiarah Capers, Rakia Jennings, and Stacy Austin; nephew, Leo Jennings; a host of other relatives and friends.Lie-In-State: Today after 1 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.Funeral: Monday at Noon at Hamlett Chapel C.M.E.
