Sandra Jo Helton, 72, of East Ridge, formerly of Soddy Daisy, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013 at a local hospital.She attended East Ridge United Methodist Church and was retired from The State of Tennessee.She was preceded in death by her parents, Dillard and Beatrice Blackburn; husband, William H. Helton; Son, Dillard Ray Russ; daughter, Sharon Russ.Survivors include sons, Michael Russ, Andrew Russ and Charles McLean; sisters, Ruth Pennington and Shirley Robie; brother John Everett; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Lovelady Cemetery in Soddy-Daisy, TN., with Rev.
