Ida Holcomb

Ida Faye Holcomb, 69, of Hixson, passed away peacefully in to the arms of Jesus on Saturday, March 16, 2013.She was a longtime caregiver for the elderly for many years. She is preceded in death by her mother, Allie Mae Toney; and brothers, C.L. Toney and Raymond Toney.Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Holcomb, of Hixson; sons, Howard (Denna) Holcomb and Douglas Holcomb, all of Rossville; Charles (Robin) Holcomb, of Concord, N.C.; sisters, Nell Laymons, of Chucky, Tenn.; and Bennie Lee Williams, of South Pittsburg, Tenn.; brothers, Lee Toney of Lookout Mountain, GA and Bob Toney, of Chickamauga, Ga.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
