PANAMA CITY, Fla. Lewis Clark, 85, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2013, at his home.Mr. Clark was a 50-year Mason and a Shriner, holding the title of 32nd degree. He enjoyed gardening in his spare time.Mr. Clark is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Madge Clark; three children, Terry L. (Paula) Clark, Elaine (Mark) Milton and Avery Clark; two brothers, Wiley (Joyce) Clarkand Farrell (Lucy Ann) Clark; two grandchildren, Trevor (Teresa) Clark and Jason (Stephanie) Clark; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Kent Forest Lawn Chapel, with Dr. John Friedman officiating.Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.Arrangements by Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
