WHITWELL Billy Ray Barnes, 73, passed away Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012.He was preceded in death by his wife, Lora Avalee Barnes; parents, Forrest and Millie Ann Barnes; brother, J.H. Barnes; sisters, Eva Lusk, Martha Cartwright, Betty Vandergriff, Lula Marie Barnes.Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Pam (Debra) Barnes, Luther (Shawn) Barnes; sister, Jonnie (Dewey) Green, all of Whitwell; granddaughter, Rusty Nicole Bryson; great-grandchildren, Achillis Esteban, Arturo Bryson and Ivana Avalya Bryson.Family will receive friends 2-9 p.m. today, Aug. 28, 2012.Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012, in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
