Clyde Davis Bash, 92, of Chattanooga, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, in Pleasant Hill, Tenn.He was born Feb. 28, 1920 in Somerset, Ky., to the late Clyde H. and Thelma Dades Bash. He was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church, the Chattanooga Radio Club, the DuPont retirees, he was a member of the Alhambra Shrine and a 32nd degree Mason. He was a U.S. Navy veteran surviving the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor aboard the U.S. Battleship Nevada.Survivors include his son, Clyde "Skip" Bash II; daughter-in-law, Barbara Bash; granddaughter, Michelle Bash.A private graveside will be held.Please share your thoughts and memories at www.chattanooganorthchapel.com.Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, North Chapel 5401 Highway 153 Hixson.
