Susan Ingram, 61, of East Ridge, died Tuesday, July 2, 2013.A native of Sebring, Fla., Mrs. Ingram was a longtime resident of Chattanooga and was employed with McKee Foods for the past 28 years. She was of the Baptist faith.She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Blount; and her sister, Gail Bonner.Susan was a beautiful angel with a sweet and loving heart to those who knew and loved her. She had the ability to light up the room. Above all, she loved her Lord Jesus Christ, her husband, children and her grandchildren.Survivors are her daughter, Crystal (Jeff) Herpst; and son, Jason (Michelle) Ingram; mother, Janie Hardin; sisters, Elaine (Johnny) Gurley and Denise (Jimbo) Bennett; brother, Rocky (Lillian) Blount; five grandchildren, Isaac, Meghan, Jameson, Johnathan and Tiffany.Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 8, in the chapel with the Rev. Trey Elmendorf officiating.Entombement will follow at Lomenick Cemetery.Visit to share words of comfort to the family and view the memorial tribute.The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 East Brainerd Road.
