Jewanna Y. Pankey Wright, 40, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013, in a hospital in Berwyn, Ill.She was a member of Avondale Church of Christ and graduated from Brainerd High School.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eva Bell, Rudolph Bell, Monroe Elliott, and Josephine Pankey; brother, Milton Bell; aunt, Helen Grace Wideman; and uncle, Charles Bell.Survivors include four sons, Milton Pankey, Devante Wright, Cameron Wright and Leon Prater II; mother, Gladys Pankey, all of Chattanooga; father, Thomas Lebron Pankey, of Douglasville, Ga.; brother, Thomas Bell; fiance, Leon Prater, both of Chattanooga; uncles, Richard Bell, of Detroit, Mich., James Bell, of York, Ala, and Paul Bell, of Gainesville, Fla.; aunts, Mary Townsend, of Chattanooga, Ruby Foster, of Detroit, Mich., Susie Burton, of York, Ala., and Bessie White, of Mobile, Ala.; several nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends.Visitation is from 6-7 p.m. today at Taylor Funeral Home.Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel with Brother John Taylor Sr. as the eulogist.Burial: Forest Hills Cemetery.
