Officials from Volkswagen, the city of Chattanooga, and Hamilton county met to commemorate the completion of the rail link at the VW plant on Wednesday. The Tennessee Valley Railway Museum has garnered the contract to move train cars full of the new VW Passats from the plant to the main railroads.
