Workers move earth as construction continues on the new entranceway to Bryan College in Dayton, Tenn. The $541,017 project includes grading, drainage, paving and signal installation, Jennifer Flynn with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said. Work is expected to be complete on or before Aug. 15.
