Former Chattanooga priest Bill Casey sentenced in child sex abuse case

BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. — A former Chattanooga and Kingsport, Tenn., priest was sentenced today to serve 35 to 40 years in prison on his convictions for two counts of aggravated rape and one count of first-degree sexual misconduct.
