A 50-year-old man is accused of choking a dog and threatening to slit its throat, saying, “You going to learn to fight,” according to a Chattanooga Police Department report.
Frederick Lamar Madden, of Chattanooga, faces a charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. The dog, which appeared to be uninjured, was taken to McKamey Animal Center Wednesday night.
