Tracy City, Tenn., Public Utility General Manager Tommy McFarland, on the intake structure catwalk, says the project to raise the Big Fiery Gizzard Dam by 7 feet will almost double the reservoir's footprint. The new water level will reach almost to the large water pipe on the left and to the tree line in the distance.
