Inman Street at the railroad underpass in Cleveland, Tenn., will be closed all week. Lee Blankenship, with power washer, and Jeff Creasman of Hume's Painting, began taking away decades of grime Monday to prepare the underpass for new paint. Motorists can use the truck detour route around the low underpass, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday.
