Dakota Randolph, 11, spends his Presidents Day fishing at a private lake in Whitfield County, just north of Tunnel Hill, Ga. Randolph and his cousin, Tyler Hayes, 12, from neighboring Walker County, got together for the day as temperatures reach the low 60s.
