Andrew and Jenna LaFevor tore out three walls dividing the living room, kitchen and dining room to create one large dining and entertaining area. The couple laid the hardwood floor, repurposed family furniture and painted all walls on the first floor, including one done in chalkboard paint that Jenna changes with the seasons and holidays.
