Workers pour concrete on the site of Lee University's Communication Arts Building, which is located on the southwestern limits of the campus and will provide 40,000 square feet on two floors. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art "black box" theater with seating for 200, a film theater, eight video editing suites, a television studio and sound stage and assorted labs and classrooms. The building is expected to be operational by August 2014, according to Lee University officials.
