A 45-year-old Scottsboro man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a child under 12, a news release states.

Surveillance video released Wednesday afternoon shows two former Chattanooga police officers savagely beating a federal inmate last summer at the Salvation Army on McCallie Avenue.

One man is dead and another in jail after a fight early Saturday morning at 5225 Woodland View Circle, Chattanooga police said in a news release.
