Allison Carter is a photojournalism intern at the Chattanooga Times Free Press.
She is from Ringgold, Ga., and graduated from the University of Georgia. While at UGA, she was a staff photographer for the university’s independent newspaper, The Red and Black. Additionally she has interned with two magazines, Southern Distinction and The Athens Exchange.
