I can't wait to see folks claiming that guns aren't the issue here. Why, /yes/, you /can/ kill a person with a knife, an automobile, or a jug of spoiled milk. In that case, why, precisely, do the VAST majority of massacres involve firearms? The answer: Firearms are easier to kill people with, being specifically designed for the task of killing.
@fairmon: Asking a question with an implied answer, as FOX News is doing, is a case of 'creating a controversy' where none exists - and a popular method of Trial by Media. It's a common tactic used by such deep thinkers as Glenn Beck, who may or may not have in fact murdered a young girl in the past. Furthermore, no matter what the answer is, the accusation - and make no mistake, it /is/ an accusation - will be repeated over and over, legitimizing the question. I might as well ask you, 'Have you stopped beating your wife yet?'
