I just want to express my disappointment in the writers/editors and/or readers who do not know the difference in the usage of the word "reign" and the word "rein"...reign is to rule and/or govern, rein is to control and/or limit. Therefor, one would "rein" in the spending of the "reign"... This is getting to be a common improper usage apparently since I have seen it several times recently...
