Not posted in a while. Apparently the IT folks here at "the company" have fixed it where we can read the news but not post anymore. Oh well I now have to use my phone. Please put me down for Tiger, Mickelson, Snedeker and B Watson. Good luck in the media lottery this year Jay.

Jay, Ricky Rudd was on the premier of Dallas last night and that got me to thinking about how tough of a Nascar driver he was. He once taped his eyes open(which were almost swollen completely shut because of a crash the previous day)so that he could race. Which athletes would be on your Rushmore of athletes that played hurt....Jordan with the flu in game 5 of the 1997 finals, Curt Schilling bleeding through his sock in game 6 of the 2004 AL Championship, Tiger limping through the 2008 US Open, Krik Gibson's 1988 World Seris HR would be at the top of my list.

Spy, loved the Cooper Harbaugh comment...that was classic! Now everyone in the office is wondering what I am laughing about!

The Pro Bowl would almost be better if it was the AFC vs NFC in a battle of the Network Stars like competition.

Didn't get to hear it on the radio but good article on the interview with Coach Jones yesterday.

Did you happen to see that one of the computer rankings (Colley Matrix poll)that the BCS uses for their rankings actually has Notre Dame still listed as #1 after Alabama blasted them? It also has Flordia at #4 and Louisville at #17 after Lousiville dismantled them in the Sugar Bowl.

I guess that pretty much discredits that system huh?

Not really a bucket list because I've been to both numerous times but....one is slow and quiet, the other is fast and loud (earplugs). The Masters and the Bristol Night Race. If you are a sports fan and like golf you have to go to Augusta National. It's possibly the most beautiful place in the south. If you like racing, it doesn't get any better than Bristol.

JMC, I'm glad A&M is not on UT's schedule next year, that could be ugly. Not sure how far you are from College Station but you might want to check out the A&M/Bama game next year.

UTC is on the Vols schedule for a game in Knoxville in 2014.

Don't lump me in Jomo. I'm a TN fan through and through. I hate Bama and hate Notre Dame as well. If it could end in a zero tie that would be great but we all know if can't. I used to chant SEC...SEC...SEC but I'm just fine with Bama getting beat. I HATE Bama. If it were Texas A&M or Miss St or even Auburn it might be easier to pull for the SEC team since UT doesn't play them year in and year out but I can't pull for Alabama and I don't see how any TN fan could.

Totally agree with your bottome five EPSNers....especially Berman, Scott and Holtz. Musberger was ok back in the day but he needs to turn in his mic.

I wish Joe S would have made some points but at least it was a short post. Wowzer!

Not a surprise about Soddy. When I went to Red Bank and we played at Soddy, some of their fans would throw rocks at us as we entered their stadium. Classy........
