Legend, under the law of the Constitution of the United States, sadly any and all of those things are supposed to be protected. This entire case has me leery...she's vanished as effectively as a buffet of doughnuts at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and nobody seems particularly interested in finding her...and I'm willing to bet that if you lean on the husband or Gail's relations hard enough one of those bunches knows where she is...
I agree that that meager settlement hints the jury didn't much care for this guy either, though the unnamed girl is likely no more a victim here truly than he was. He'll probably see about $5.00 of it once his lawyer gets his take...
It hasn't so much to do with "flying the flag of a defeated enemy" as it does free speech. If Jeremiah Wright can say what he says about the USA, then these guys can wave the Stars & Bars if they want to.
I know there are less fortunate people who need help, but where do the these free handouts stop? Part of me doesn't see this lasting very long...and I agree the Bookmobile would be a better investment...
I know there are less fortunate who need genuine help, but where do these free handouts stop? I don't like sounding crass but I don't see this program lasting very long...
So being "tired" of helping someone means you not only KILL them, you -decapitate- them?! God help him...he's not going to like what he gets for his "tiredness"...my prayers go out to the mother and the rest of the family.
It can be really scary how the ones who do the worst crimes seem to linger the longest, or never seem to go away...I hope this one gets whatever is coming to him sooner rather than later.
