Mr. Lewis Card Jr. I am sure is a good businessman but he is so naive it makes me think Legacy Boy has a chance to win.

The Washington D.C. contacts that you say Weston have are the very ones that think he is joke and know he would be a diaster as a Congressman. The 3rd District would be considered a laughingstock with no political clout whatsoever at the Congressional level.

$250,000 in one night? Lets look at the quarterly FEC Report when it comes out in January.

He may have done it. The first big fundraiser always gets the "low hanging fruit" and is usually where the easy money is.

There will be the family, close friends, the naive, those Zach can scare and shake down, and many who actually dispise Legacy Boy but are afraid he actually might win and might need a favor later. The last group are political prostitutes and usually only give once because they are hedging their bets. They are the type that fawned all over Al Gore when he was popular in Tennessee in the 1980's and 10 years later just loved Fred Thompson.

If the $250,000 is not on the report then basically he is already lying and just one more reason why a 25 year old with no record of accomplishment whatsover should not be trusted with such an important office

A bunch of politicians fighting over inside baseball like this is amusing. Especially things that happened in the LAST election cycle. They actually think that a lot people care about petty stuff like this?

Is it any wonder that the approval rating of Congress is barely above single digits. With all of the serious problems this nation is facing and this is what some people focus on?

Maybe the 3rd District does deserve a 25 year old, spoiled, frat boy who has never done an honest day's work as their Congressman.

I am not a native of the 3rd District but I can not imagine that people would elect someone so young and worse yet someone with such a thin resume to such an important job as a United States Congressman.

I am not sure if I can tell exatly what Weston does for a living? How big is this company? How much revenue does it generate?

I guess Sen. Corker is lucky that the minimum age for the U.S. Senate is 30 years old or else Weston would be coming after him! Howard Baker, Bill Brock, Bill Frist, Fred Thompson, Lamar Alexander, Bob Corker and Weston Wamp. There is nothing like starting at the top.
