First of all, I don't see how ANY woman could want to be with this scroungy looking guy. Second, I agree, a woman who lets a scumbag boyfriend beat on her kids (which you KNOW she knew about), should not have custody of them. These children need to be protected by the Department of Children's Services. A lot of people whine about the legal system's protection of children, that it's not that great, but anything is better than being raised by lowlifes who are beating and abusing you.
