Right on the money duckhunter! That is a shame about your wife saving up the vacation for your daughter's birth and now she will be forced to use it elsewhere. Absolutely not right, makes me angry!!! Liberalism is DEFINITELY a disease and will be the destruction of this nation unless something miraculously changes.

Regarding previous comments, I agree, I pass by there every day and I don't see any people out there. Good! This "occupy" thing is stupid, if "occupiers" around the nation were "occupying" in the right place, they would be sitting in front of the White House lawn since the "Obama" administration is the main reason the country is in the economical mess it is. Check out the actual figures on how much the national debt has risen since he took office or the unemployment rates, before anyone tries to make an argument to that. Of course, he couldn't do it alone, the Democratic controlled Senate had a part in it too(which was also in the majority during Bush's last term if you remember).

Here's my take: 1) ThinBlue706 is right 2) billybobbillygoat is a whiny pathetic liberal (I hate to insult people but I'm sick of hearing it) 3) If more people thought like the "dried-up GOPers" (as billybobbillygoat so eloquently put it), then maybe this country wouldn't be in the shape it is in today with all of the whiny pathetic liberal ideas and we could go back to the good, moral, traditional values that this country was built on: Godly values.

I agree with joecrash1 comment. My husband, my son, and I all have cars that we have purchased from CarMax (one in Nashville and two at the Knoxville store). It's a great system, I love it. Shop online, pick the vehicle you want, talk it up on the phone ahead of time. From the moment I arrive for my test drive, I'm out of there in less than two hours. Only now we won't have to travel out of town to go to CarMax!

NormalParkGuy hit the nail on the head above (as well as Facts comments), Jim Brexler walked into a mess, but did a lot of good things for Erlanger. I've worked there, he is a good guy. The reason he was forced to resign is because some of the "high and mighty ones" didn't like something he did or said. It happens over and over, and you will see it again in the future.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, it all comes down to "political correctness" groups, cliques, and who bows down to who. It doesn't have to be about who the good employees are or who is doing a good job. That's the Erlanger way. In all fairness, Erlanger is not the only corporation who works this way.

All I can say is, from personal experience, Erlanger could be so much better all-the-way-around if they would quit putting so much emphasis on social cliques, "political correctness" (I hate that term!) and butt-kissing within Erlanger and look more at who are the hard-working, loyal employees who get the job done.

I also saw the articles about the St. Louis woman who killed her 13-month-old. People who abuse children (and animals too in my opinion) are a waste of good oxygen. It ought to be no trial, just straight to the death chamber. Should not be allowed to live.

First of all, I don't see how ANY woman could want to be with this scroungy looking guy. Second, I agree, a woman who lets a scumbag boyfriend beat on her kids (which you KNOW she knew about), should not have custody of them and should be prosecuted herself. These children need to be protected by the Department of Children's Services. A lot of people whine about the legal system's protection of children, that it's not that great, but anything is better than being raised by lowlifes who are beating and abusing you. Would that be better???
