Sen. Alexander can help move the Tennessee Wilderness Act of 2011 before Congress adjourns. The entire Tennessee congressional delegation should help Senator Alexander pass this bill into law, now.

Outside of election year politics, there is no good reason to approve of this Keystone XL pipeline project, especially when we really need the career jobs energy efficiency and renewable energy innovation technology would generate.
Ask why this pipeline bypasses existing refineries in the Mid West. Ask why Tennessee's US Congressional Reps are supporting the profit interests of Oil Companies and Canada's costly extraction of tar sands.
Who do our elected officials represent?
I'm glad to see Senate stalling tactics nipped in the bud. Changing the "politics as usual" inside the beltway gives me HOPE.
Oversight by NRC & TVA reminds me of monkeys...see no, hear no, speak no evil.
Absolutely, water is life!
Concerned citizens are making a huge difference protecting current and future generations. Kudos!
TDEC must protect families' health NOT polluters' check books!
I applaud this community, standing strong and voicing grave concerns effecting us all. Support this effort because your neighborhood & family could easily be the next TDEC & polluting industry sacrifice zone.
This cheapskate remedy seems woefully inadequate to protect citizens and the waters of our State.
Waste ponds always leak, eventually...but six months of use is an engineering record setter. Two cute beavers could build a better pond than TVA plus those critters know impoundments need constant inspection & maintenance.
