An incredible and amazing story. As a 15 1/2 year Heart Transplant Recipient that was transplanted at the age of 29 I hope his Mom gets her wish and she gets to meet the young lady that got his heart. My donor was a 32 year old Mother of 2 that I have known from a newspaper article who she was and my wish has always been to let her children listen to their Moms heart, I still hold hope after all these years.
