I think the best way is to lessen the production of waste. Find ways to reduce waste permanently. Our technology is so advance now why don't they come up with something that would address waste problem. Like why don't they come up with biodegradable black and color ink cartridges or totally eradicate the use of cartridges,come up with alternatives..
