He didn't make the bond. I'm the girl of the home who's room he ransacked and was charged for arson and burglary for. The justice system failed and in a strange loophole he was released on "good behavior" and given the 6 year probationary period.
A little detail to show just how bad his sickness is: when he set my home on fire it was the home I lived in with my Dad who had just died a little more than a month before. This was well-known in the community.
I believe the two judges on the case (in general sessions and then in criminal court) were Judge Bales and Judge Poole. I don't blame either of them- I blame the flawed system that makes justice sometimes incredibly unjust. This time, however, if he gets away with it again or is given any sympathy, then that falls on the Judges.
It was actually my home in Ooltewah that Junior set on fire that landed him in prison last time with an over million dollar bond. This case should not be swept under the rug. He has shown that he will not stop. I'm studying Psychology now and can say that these kinds of things just get progressively worse. Previously, Junior video-taped girls without their knowing before he broke into my house, took personal items of mine, and set my house on fire. He broke probation on my case, so I'm sure I will get to meet the new victims soon. My heart goes out to each of you.
UTC student facing 14 felony charges
Excuse me: his Judges have been Judge Moon (in sessions) and Poole (in criminal court). Judge Bales will be on the new charges.
