People, please be aware that all railroad tracks are "private property"! These two had no business walking on a Class 1 main-line track. They paid the ultimate price! Being retired from this very railway Company (btw, it is Norfolk Southern Railway) I have seen many incidents like this, all which are totally avoidable. Soon, unfortunately the RR will probably be sued by the surviving relatives and pay a ridiculous amount for the victim's own negligence! Insane! The train(s) on a main-line doing fast speeds CANNOT stop for you or for any vehicle on a RR crossing. Use common sense; stay out of the way of trains!
