Well, to say tha Weigert has his work cut out for him is an understatement. MANY of us have left Comcast for EPB due to Comcast's totally inept customer service and extended down time. It really sucks when you have to wait several days for support to come out and fix their problems...Comcast just doesn't seem to get it.
