It was refreshing to read an article/editorial that lauded America rather than disparaged her. While we may have many areas that desperately need improvement, I cannot think of another country in which I would care to live out the rest of my life. Imagine a Christian Miss Iraq, or a Palestinian Miss Israel or even a Japanese immigrant being crowned Miss Brazil. Congratulations to Nina Davuluri. We are exceptional and to the rest of the world we may seem dangerously so, but I like it. And to quote author Ken Hamblin, go ahead... "Pick a Better Country".
