This entitlement program never should have existed in the first place. The Chattanooga Chamber was too happy to see program funded and and not part of the Chamber. The funding was spent on travel to conventions and party time. Where is the missing thousands of dollars they cannot or will not account for? Not one penny should be given to this mismanaged entitlement program!
