Its sad another tragedy as this one,I remember growing up in Chattanooga,a place i would be proud to call my home.I remember when it took a community to raise a child,now you have the children cant even walk in the community,Its sad how the parents choose the be friends rather than parents,how can you all sit and let these youth take over your city?one sinceless death after another,but then i know why you cant because some of the parents are just as ignorant as the child.If you people dont do anything,take a stand,and and get these kids straight,and stop trying to be their friend,and be a parent....Enforce a curfew would be great.If i step on toes oh well,and for you that are doing the right thing....God bless
