Plaintruth, it appears that you are not looking at the real life conditions of what the global economy has and is causing?

Zabledorf, so you have the attitude against anybody speaking out to oppose the well known objectives of the Republicans working with the capitalist and being forced by the tea persons to destroy the economy of this country? I do believe you are not even trying to present a balanced view of the tactics and the strategies of the enemies of the President trying to be imposed on the people for them to get back into control of their objectives for weakening/reducing the roles our government.

NOW, the Republicans are trying to fulfill their OBJECTIVES of causing the failure of President Obama, even coming up with every thing they can find to mention in trying to impeach him. Thus, while continuing on with their predicting that President Obama will BE THE CAUSE OF THIS REPUBLIC'S destruction as their reason for causing his failure. There seems to be DISAGREEMENTS between the Political Parties (VOTERS) on exactly what type of destruction has to occur, be it moral or economic, plus others, but the Republicans appear to be accusing President Obama of all the destructive actions to our Republic, even if his actions/policies have prevented another economic great depression. All of these circumstances cannot be understood without looking the comprehensive history of the actions, and the applied principles the Republicans' have taken against the workers and against the necessary roles of our governments in maintaining the proper balance between the government and the private sector while admitting to what the economic conditions of this Republic were in 2008. Unless the voters understand and admit to how the conditions changed from 2001 to what the conditions were in January 2009, with the proven facts that this Republic was on the verge of another great depression before Obama was President. Then what did the enemies of want to happen or to occur when their "number one objective was to cause the President's failure" at the beginning if his first term? If we get to the point. Yes, if the Republicans had been or are successful in their efforts to cause Obama's failure it would not be President Obama who destroyed this Republic but it would be the fault of his enemies in their obsession for destroying the President without regard to what the affects/effects were on this country.

July 16, 2007 Or Face the End of Constitutional Democracy Impeach Now by PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS

Odd that you would post that article since absolutely none of the nutcase writer’s predictions came true.

Jt6gR3hM, since your opinion of PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS is that he is a "nut case" then I assume that either you do not know how he didagreed with the free trade agreements and is capable of predicting what happened to our economy when in two wars that were not budgetted and also with the cutting off the incoming monies? Yet, why was there a deliberate doubling of the National Debt by the Cheney/Bush W. administration during their eight years and then ending up with this Republic in the 2007 deep recession and on the verge of another great depression while still fighting in the unfinished warws of Afghanistan and in Iraq, PLUS trying to eliminate TERRORIST in many other countries. If you are saying that not any of the people who were against the actions and the lies that were told in the lead up to the invasion of Iraq, and the misuse of our military while staying in Iraq for nine years did not come true or happen, what are you talking about?

July 16, 2007 Or Face the End of Constitutional Democracy Impeach Now by PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS

Unless Congress immediately impeaches Bush and Cheney, a year from now the US could be a dictatorial police state at war with Iran.

Too much is going wrong for the Bush administration: the failure of its Middle East wars, Republican senators jumping ship, Turkish troops massed on northern Iraq’s border poised for an invasion to deal with Kurds, and a majority of Americans favoring the impeachment of Cheney and a near-majority favoring Bush’s impeachment. The Bush administration desperately needs dramatic events to scare the American people and the Congress back in line with the militarist-police state that Bush and Cheney have fostered.

William Norman Grigg recently wrote that the GOP is "praying for a terrorist strike" to save the party from electoral wipeout in 2008. Chertoff, Cheney, the neocon nazis, and Mossad would have no qualms about saving the bacon for the Republicans, who have enabled Bush to start two unjustified wars, with Iran waiting in the wings to be attacked in a third war.

We have had time to experience the history of this Republic since it's beginning. We are continuing to have a battle between the different "wanta be's'" on what the purposes/roles of government should be. We know that the government cannot be controlled by the Religious groups but what about the Capitalist corporations taking control of our Government? The definition of "Bad Government" appears to come from the people who are not in control? Why do we not look at the conditions which were "in play" when this Republic was in a more balanced LONG-TERM trend and was not being taken to the extreme unbalanced conditions? This gets us back to the differences in the opinions of what the definition of the broad term of "the extreme unbalanced conditions" and where/what the people in and out of power are wanting for themselves or for what is the best for the good of this Republic. The VOTERS will have big decisions to make in the 2014 and 2016 elections.

Very GOOD, Clay! Just goes along with all of the Republicans' objectives to be TERRORIST against this Republic. There is some anti President Obama negative actions occurring now that are "cut and dried" and there are definitely different types of TERRORISM that are being tried.. Why does the Media not call what the Republicans have done or tried to do, terrorism and treason against the President Obama? Under the conditions which caused the 2007 deep recession, such as the fraud and the global economy if it were not for the help of the FEDs and the US Government helping out with the $700 Billion. Dollar TARP in September 2008 and then the Stimulus Recovery money in 2009, would this Republic be in another "great depression"? After President Obama took office in January 2009 the Republican's actions have been of disavowal and despicable in the House and Senate to publicly announce their objective was to cause President Obama's failure. Therefore preventing and obstructing the recovery of the 2007 recession. This action should definitely be called a terrorist and traitorous act against this Republic, the people and the Commander-in-Chief. What if the Republicans had been able to actually cause President Obama's failure? After the arrogance shown by these "enemies" of President Obama and of this country, it causes me to be opposed to anybody who tries to "lie to the voters that President Obama has been a complete failure after having tried to cause him to be a failure.

Clay, this is another picture that expresses the situation of whom and how the TEA PARTY has been acting.
They are acting like abunch of bullies trying to have it their way of continuing to destroy this Republic. They lost when President O bama got elected for his 2nd term.

Clay only drew a cartoon of what is being talked about and possibly happening. Why are some of these posters getting angry with him for their own interpretation of the drawing? Did he take sides, one way or the other?
