The problem is, is that these parents cant control them. They are most likely working 2nd or 3rd shifts and are not around in the afternoons when these kids get out of school. Its the deterioration of society and culture. Its not a black thing or a white thing, its a messed up thing thats affecting us ALL! Gangs, child abuse, Hommicides, drug abuse.. none of us are expemt from it because of our color.
