Where has Norfolk Southern's initial report gone in this entire case? As I recall, the PR lady for NS railroads said they were "standing up". Oh how that conflicts with what the Chattanooga Police Department has reported. Also, alcohol in the system at such a small amount that it would be legal to drive proves nothing. How about somebody do some investigative reporting rather than just copying and pasting what the Chattanooga PD said in their report. That is unless the Times Free Press put their most incompetent writer (which appears to be the case) on this story....
