I know Paul Pages work history with both Chattanooga and the the City of Ft. Oglethorpe. That mans needs to be put in prison and the keys thrown away. But no, the City of Chattanooga lets him retire and gives him 11,000.00 dollars a year for being a worthless boss at the city of Chattanooga. Who else to blame buut that wonderful man we know as Ron Littlefield. Look into his history an see the grave yard that he has left behind.
This smells and looks like the good old boy's gathering the wagons to protect one of the own. Wounder what Littlefield has on Benson and Rico causing them not to due their duty. That's ok, both of them will have to run for re-election in the future and at that time the people can have our say. This has been one of the most ineffective council's under Littlefield's leadership. I can't think of one think that they have done to help this city. I know that they are going to point at Volkswagon coming to Chattanooga, but folks, stop and look at what they agreed to give away to Volkswagon for locating here. I just don't think that for what it costs the tax payers for volkswagon to get here, that we really gained anything. Hopefully in the near future,we will get a new council that wants to do what right for Chattanooga and not what's right for the current council pockets.
Sheriff Hammond, As a former police office from a city having served 30 years, I find the video of the arrest of the reported homeless man disturbing. I know that suspects can become hard to handle, cussing and threating officers during arrest, but this is still no reason to handle an inmate in the manner that this man appeared to be handled. I think that you will agree that the video doesn't lie. Law enforcement depends on it each and every day. The manner in which this man was seen to be treated by your employee's shows me that either your department is under trained or has no respect for the people that they are hired to serve. I know that some attorney is going to see this video and he is going to contact that homeless man and convince him that he can get a lot of money out of your department, which is going to cost the tax payers of Hamilton County money. You know and I know that counties and cities look at the total cost of a case when they are deciding to defend themselves, and most often find it in their best interest just to make a settlement of some kind. The employee's seen in this video are the type that leave a lasting impression with the public about law enforcment. These are the type that we as a larger law enforcement family do not need in the family. We need the public to learn that they can trust us and we need to gain their respect. Without the public's respect, law enforcment can not operate as it should. I think that one day without pay again just show's that you either do not respect the people that elected you as sheriff, or that you just do not care about the larger law enforcement family. These three men need to be terminated, because we do not need them in the law enforcement field. This is not to even think about what would happen if the United States Department were to become involved in this matter over a possible civil rights violations. These three employee's would be looking at possibly going to jail. So sheriff, please stop and look at the case again, and show the public that you do care about how they are treated.
Why in the world is this pervert not in jail at this very moment. How can the courts let this predator even have the possiabilty of getting his record expunged. He is a SEXUAL PREDATOR, and you just can not cure them. Put him in jail and throw the keys away. I will be more than glad to pay what it takes to keep him in jail,if it means he can't hurt my wife or daughter or someone else's family member.
Littlefield, Its time for you and all of you worthless regime to leave our city. You have been nothing but trouble since you arrived here. You can see by the numbers that the people of Chattanooga have no use for you. What can you point to, that you have done for the City of Chattanooga since you became mayor. All I can see is that you have tried to tear the city apart. Breeland, if the situation looks fuzzie to you, put your dam glasses on and look at the numbers. Littlefield's days as mayor of Chattanooga are few, and hopefully he will take you with him. Maybe you and Littlefield and Paul Page will have to go and stand in the unemployment line for a long, long time.
I think that it is time for the so called good mayor to go the way of the recently departed city manager. It's a shame that you can't trust anyone in the city government in Lafayette. Neil, do the community a favor and get out of office. Your threat to the times free press makes you look guilty, and I know you don't have the money or the legal staff to fight them. Who wants to do business in walker county with people like you running the government. I don't know who is worse, you or bebee with all of her hinchmen.
Way to go Ashburn, You must have been in the car with her. What are you going to do when see kills someone while she is out drinking and driving. If you think that this is the first time that she has done this, I got some swamp land I want to sell you and Walker County.
I have come to realize that the simple truth about Littlefield is that he is JUST PLAIN STUPID. If I was disliked as much as he is, I'd leave town without saying another word. I am just so thankful that his time is getting shorter and shorter. I'd bet that even his wife doen't like him.
