this is frightening for red bank! although this may have been an isolated incident involving people that knew the victim, i can say that i feel like red bank has seen a major increase in crime!!! i know of more then one person that has had their car AND houses robbed!!! furthermore, the house that was involved in this incident had people coming and going all the time, were playing loud explicit music, and were partying often...why did the police never investigate this house to begin with??? why didnt neighbors call the police and speak out about the disturbance?? in my humble opinion, red bank citizens and police are letting their guard down and it was only a matter of time before something of this tragic nature occurred!!!
