The first time I see a UT player suspended for a meaningful game because of academics it WILL be the first time ever. I'll believe it when I see it.

I hope Snyder is forced to resign or fired. Mayor Rowland knows what he is doing and will know if Snyder is lying...which appears to be the case. If that is indeed proven Snyder should be fired immediately or the CPD loses all credibility. Leadership in the CPD from the top down has been severely lacking for years. Hopefully this will put an end to this regime and allow the CPD to regain the respect it deserves.

Weight loss clinic? Read the FDA website about HGH! Why are they even allowed to prescribe this? They all should be shut down. There is NOTHING that will work long term for weight loss except a sensible, HEALTHY diet that includes foods that are good for you and exercise. Nothing. Period.

It is really not that hard to stop pill mills. There are already laws on the books that are being broken. Just send a detective in to get a prescription without being examined. Really pretty easy but they would rather put the pharmacist in the position of being judge and jury instead of themselves. Physician in the office 33% of the time? Why should a physician not have to be in the office 100% of the time???? Why should these operators be able to open multiple clinics with no physician? No reason in the world to have PAs and NPs writing narcotics. THAT would stop the abuse. Legislators need to quit listening to the TMA lobby and stop this.

The frustrating thing is that solar should already be more affordable and available. 50 years? Why on earth should it take that long. The technology is there now! The U.S. needs a manufacturing industry and solar is the logical way to create a new industry and the jobs that go with. I would utilize solar NOW in both my home and business if it were even remotely affordable and available. Why not now? Our legislatures need to seize upon this opportunity to create jobs in TN now.

I personally think it is time for a nationwide class action lawsuit against the states for unfair taxation for small business. There is no reason in the world why we should have to collect sales tax and internet businesses do not. Unfair competition. And the ones on here calling this liberal thinking are FOS. Fair is fair. Period. This definitely puts local businesses at an unfair advantage.

Good grief, what a bunch of whiners. She did what she was told to do. Lose some votes? Why? She has limited time and she is being led around like a little puppy. I think she is great and did the best that she could under the circumstances.

Fire Marshals are just trying to justify their existence. We can't have a risk free society. Follow the money trail. My bet is that these people own some of the companies that will benefit. These useless regulation will still not save every life. Ever heard of sprinkler failure? It happens.

The crookedness of Walker/Catoosa Co/Ringgold/Lafayette has been going on for years and will never change. Law enforcement in those counties are gestapo. Until the feds come in and clean house and keep a constant eye on things it will never change. He probably killed her because he knew his buddies would bury the case and it almost worked.

if only everyone could be as perfect as you NoMyth! Then accidents wouldn't happen and we could live in a risk free world. Stupid comment.
