Is this a joke? I would like to know who authored this piece and who has hijacked the editorial department of the TFP. This is a very foolish endorsement as it has no connection with reality. Obama or Romney will be elected and the TFP chooses to stand on some kind of principle. Romney has promised to appoint Justices who are in favor of overturning Roe. Obama voted twice to allow infanticide in cases of botched abortions. A vote for Johnson conceivably could allow the latter to be codified. Could your principles allow you to live with that?
But I do find this interesting that Mr. West has a hand in this endorsement, since it is due to the influence of his long-time buddy Mr. Huckabee who endorsed Mr. Fleischmann in this race, that we are forced to look to an Independent as the best candidate. If it had not been for the mind-numbed Huckabee followers supporting Fleischmann and his gutter politics over the great candidate we already had in Robin Smith, we wouldn't be in this position today.
It's funny how these Democrats are gearing up against Robin by calling her a 'political hack' and such. Funny … not too many political hacks were previously nurses in the transplant wing of a major university hospital (UAB) as Robin was! Simply laughable.
USC loses to a Washington team that went 1-12 in its previous 13 games but stays in the top 15. UGA loses on a last minute score to the #4 team in the country and drops totally out.
Sounds about right, since the media will NEVER fall out of love for the Trojans.
Liberals love to pounce on Wallace. But they conveniently choose the Wallace of 1960 and not the Wallace of 1976, who, by that time, had the strong support of Alabama's minority voters and leaders.
Shame on Bennett yet again for character assassination through selective association.
I wonder what kind of contribution to our nation and our world Mary Jo and the victim of Donte Stallworth's drunk driving might have made … if only they had lived? Meanwhile, the rich and the powerful skate … and earn the plaudits of their friends.
Gary Johnson for president

I've always loved DD! Especially over those grease balls they serve at their competitor's shop.
